– All products are proudly printed in the United States.
– Orders print and ship Monday-Saturday.
– Some items may ship separately.

When will i get my stuff?

LISTED PRODUCTION TIMES:

– Standard apparel typically ships in 3-5 business days.
– Embroidery, Mugs, All Sublimation & Custom hand-made products may take around 5-10 business days.

STANDARD APPAREL SHIPPING TIMES:

– United States:
+ Standard (6 – 12 Business Days)
+ Expedited (4 – 8 Business Days)

– International:
+ Standard (14 – 28 Business Days)
+ Expedited (7 – 14 Business Days)

SPECIAL PRODUCT SHIPPING TIMES:

– Shipping usually takes about 10–15 days, and you’ll receive updates as soon as your tracking information is available.

HANDMADE PRODUCT (Advent Calendar,…) SHIPPING TIMES:

Tracking

When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to multiple locations

We are unable to split a purchase and ship to numerous locations.If you want to ship items to multiple locations, you must make a separate order for each shipping address.

Address changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Customs charges and delays

Some nations may levy import taxes, duties, and customs fees on imported goods. If applicable, these fees are decided and assessed by your country’s Customs office. It is your obligation to pay these fees. There may also be delays in delivery due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control. Please call your local Customs office for more information.
